Burpee Foundational Routine For Peak Performance II Properly Structured
Back to the basics! This is a foundational routine where we have a contrast between high and low reps. We are working the stamina and conditioning through the 1 pump burpees and hitting the muscular endurance in the chest, shoulder, and triceps through the high rep pushups.
