Day 5,Today it wasn’t the reps, it was the weather. We can’t control the external factors unfortunately but we can increase the stimulus of the training up putting ourselves in uncomfortable situations. I could have done this workout inside but I chose not to, why? Because it would have been easier, simple as that. Make shit harder and the reward will be better.
