Fat loss is not about how much fat you burn. Those who focus on how much fat you burn, and that you burn more fat when you are on keto forget to mention that you store more fat and thus fat storage is also increased leading to more fat burning. Fat loss is about a caloric deficit and with approaches to fat loss that lead to temporary changes in life style that are not sustainable it's often followed up by periods of binge or over eating.
