In this video we discuss the process of breaking free from harsh judgment and the guilt we carry.

Guilt is a self-imposed mental and spiritual torture in which we hold ourselves and others accountable to impossible standards. If we get stuck in guilt we are unable to let the past go, often hold grudges, and find it hard to forgive ourselves and others. A person who feels severely judged or monitored in their lives might have an unrealistic expectation that they should be “perfect” and any perception of a “mistake” is Unacceptable to them. Someone consumed by guilt is obsessed with “should” and “should not,” right and wrong, good and bad thus they project their guilt outside of themselves and become harsh judges. #themesofconsciousness #spiritualhealing #raiseyourvibration
