打算做提拉米苏时,却买不到饼干底,所以就索性自制了提拉米苏的蛋糕底就是“手指饼干”。原来制作方式还蛮直接的。自家做的更新鲜,外脆一层糖盖,内蓬松有弹性哦。这样就不用怕买不到了。下期就来继续做提拉米苏蛋糕咯。敬请期待哦~
When I was planning to make Tiramisu, the biscuit base were totally out of stock, so I simply homemade the "lady fingers biscuit" or Savoiardi, as tiramisu cake base. The making method is actually quite straightforward. The homemade ones are fresher, crispy with a sugar cover on the outside, and fluffy and spongy on the inside. So you don't have to worry about not able to buy it. I will continue to make Tiramisu Cake on next episode. Stay tuned~

♦食谱 =30块手指饼干=
3 蛋黄
20克 细纱糖
2.5克 香草精
3 蛋清
1克 塔塔粉
65克 细纱糖 (分3次加入)
90克 低筋面粉
5克 玉米淀粉
1.5克 泡打粉
1克 盐
30克 糖粉 + 30克 白糖
(预热烤箱190C: 13-15分钟)
(上下火,不开旋风,中层烤 )
♦Recipe =30pcs Lady Fingers Biscuits=
3 Egg Yolks
20g Castor Sugar
2.5g Vanilla Extract
3 Egg Whites
1g Cream of Tartar
65g Castor Sugar (add in 3 portions)
90g Cake Flour/ Low Protein Flour
5g Corn Starch
1.5g Baking Powder
1g Salt
30g Icing Sugar + 30g white sugar
(Preheated Oven 190C: 13-15minutes)
(Top bottom Heat, No fan force, middle rack)
