♦ RECIPE (1 Ramekin + 1 Glass)
Ingredients:
=CHOCOLATE MOUSSE=
a) 360g(1½ Cups) Dark Chocolate
b) 120ml (½ Cup) Water
c) 120ml (½ Cup) Cold Water
Chill for 1 hour

=DECORATIVE TOPPINGS= (OPTIONAL)
a) 10pcs Fresh Strawberries
b) Handful of Sliced Almonds
c) 2pcs Digestive Biscuits
d) Silver Balls Sprinkles

♦食谱（1 烤碗 + 1 玻璃杯）

= 巧克力慕斯 =
a）360克（1½杯）黑巧克力
b）120毫升（½杯）水
c）120毫升（½杯）冷水
冷却1小时

=装饰=（可选）
