母亲节快乐~ 一起来制作淋面烘烤甜甜圈。这是个免炸的烘烤甜甜圈，因此不用大量油炸。面糊还加了蜜糖，因此口感湿润香甜。而且用了Alko Kitchenware 的6连甜甜圈烤盘，防粘效果很好，那么粘的面糊也可以脱模印出美美的动物造型，甜甜圈本身表面黄金光亮，单吃也好吃。这次在顶部淋上简单的柠檬和可可淋面，把甜甜圈布置成萌萌的小熊和小猫咪，可爱极了。小朋友看到就忍不住要了。蛋糕内部结构即扎实，又保持湿润口感，加上酸甜淋面，每一口清爽新香。

收藏方式：做好立刻吃，口感最佳。收密封容器放普通冰箱７天，吃前回温回软再吃。冰库冷冻可保存更久，吃前解冻即可。

Happy Mother's Day~ Let's make Glazed Baked Donuts. This is a no-fry baked donut, thus no oil deep frying needed. Honey is added to the batter for moist and sweet taste. This recipe used Alko Kitchenware's 6-Cup Donut Pan, which has great non-stick effect, even such sticky batter can unmould well enough to imprint beautiful animal shapes. Golden and shiny donut surface, even delicious to eat donuts alone. This time, a simple lemon and cocoa glaze is poured on top, and decorated into cute bears and kittens, so adorable. The kids couldn’t help but want them straight when saw it. the internal structure of the donuts are dense yet moist, with sweet tangy glaze topping, every bite is refreshing and fragrant.

Storage Method: Best eaten once made. Store in airtight container store in normal fridge for 7days, soften to room temperature before eating. Freeze the cake can store longer, thaw before eating.

13g Almond Flour 杏仁粉
1.5g Baking Powder 泡打粉
0.5g Salt 盐
1 Egg 鸡蛋
45g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
11g Honey蜜糖
4g Vanilla Extract
35g Milk牛奶
30g Unsalted Butter (Melted, Warm) 无盐牛油 (融化，温)

(Preheated Oven 180C: 15minutes) (预热烤箱180C: 15分钟)
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack) (上下火，不开旋风，中层烤)

100g Icing Sugar糖粉
16g Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed, Sifted) 柠檬汁 (鲜榨，过筛)
3g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 无糖可可粉
5-7g Milk 牛奶
Pink, Black Food Coloring 粉红，黑食物色素
Sprinkles 糖霜球
