做了风味满满的“芋泥肉松奶油蛋糕”送给生日的丈夫, Ivan。用了原味戚风蛋糕为体，也用了新鲜芋头和日本紫薯来制作，天然紫芋泥馅。切开来, 可以看到层次分明的紫白金黄色叠放，松软戚风蛋糕片里有丝绒芋泥馅，蓬松轻盈奶油糖霜，上面铺满了美乃滋加海苔肉松。满满芋头紫薯香，丝绒口感，加上咸香脆口海苔肉松，超丰富口味。

收藏方式：做好收密封容器放普通冰箱冷却3-5天，取决于芋头紫薯本身可以存放多久。

Made flavorful "Yam/Taro Chicken Floss Cream Cake" for my husband, Ivan's birthday. Original chiffon cake is used as base, fresh taro and Japanese purple sweet potato are used to make natural purple taro puree fillings. When cut open, distinct layers of purple, white and golden yellow are revealed. Soft fluffy chiffon cake slices are filled with velvety taro fillings, fluffy light whipped cream frosting, and topped with loads of mayonnaise and seaweed chicken floss. Full of taro and purple sweet potato aroma, velvety taste, plus salty crispy seaweed chicken floss, super rich texture.

Storage Method: Keep in airtight container and chill in normal fridge for 3-5 days, depends on how long the yam purple potato can last.

=Chiffon Cake 戚风蛋糕= (32cm x 30cm x H.3cm Baking Tray长方烤盘)
60g Vegetable Oil 植物油
60g Milk (Room Temperature) 牛奶（室温）
2g Vanilla Extract 香草精
72g Egg Yolks 蛋黄
80g Cake Flour/Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉
2g Salt 盐
150g Egg Whites 蛋白
2g Cream of Tartar/Lemon Juice/White Vinegar 塔塔粉/柠檬汁/白醋
80g Caster Sugar 细砂糖

500g Dairy Whipped Cream (Cold) 淡奶油 (冷)
50g Caster Sugar 细砂糖

=Yam Puree Frosting 芋泥糖霜=
325g Yam/Taro 芋头
140g Purple Potato 紫薯
86g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
84g Milk 牛奶
255g Whipped Cream 打发奶油糖霜
