天气闷热，一起来做古早味红豆冰淇淋，也称Red Bean Ice Cream Potong红豆冰棒。自己做可以放很多的红豆，采用新鲜自制的蜜红豆来做冰棒最香。食谱加入了椰奶和棕糖帮助增添不少风味。这次用两个方式来冷冻，用传统模具切块/冰棒模具来整形。隔天，切开来，可爱的方方块块充满红豆颗粒，口感冰凉爽口，椰奶棕糖与红豆超搭~满满童年味道~

收藏方式：做好冰库冷冻，要新鲜最好在7天内吃完。

Hot weather recently, let’s make old-fashioned Red Bean Popsicles, also known as Red Bean Ice Cream Potong. You can put as many red beans as you like for homemade version, popsicles are the most fragrant when made using fresh homemade sweetened red beans. The recipe adds coconut milk and brown sugar for extra flavor. This time, there are two ways to freeze, using traditional molds to cut into cubes/ popsicle molds to shape. The next day, cut it open, these cute cubes are filled with red bean chunks, the taste is refreshing with great texture, the coconut milk brown sugar and red bean match so well~ full of childhood nostalgic taste~

Storage method: Store by frozen in the freezer. For freshness, best eaten within 7 days.

150g Raw Dried Red Beans 生干红豆
500g Boiling Water 沸腾水
40g Brown Sugar 棕糖
35g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
1g Salt 盐

=Red Bean Popsicles 红豆冰棒=
150g Sweetened Red Beans 蜜红豆
100g Milk 牛奶
400ml Coconut Milk/Coconut Cream椰奶/椰奶油
100g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
40g Dairy Whipping Cream 动物性淡奶油
200g Sweetened Red Beans 蜜红豆
20g Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
25g Water 水
=Freeze in Freezer overnight 冰库隔夜冷冻=
