Tennis Elbow Pain Relief (1 Easy Nerve Mobility Exercise!)

One easy nerve mobility exercise that can help with tennis elbow pain is to focus on the radial nerve. Unfortunately, because of the potential for significant irritation of this nerve in tennis elbow issues, some of the standard approaches can be TOO INTENSE.

To get the most out of this approach, you should do this exercise slowly and carefully at first, and then gradually increase the range of motion as your pain decreases.
