In my limited experience when I think the dough is too sticky and messy and isn’t feeling right, more often than not it comes out of the oven much better than I was expecting and ALWAYS edible 🤤

En mi corta experiencia siempre que pienso que mi masa está demasiado pegajosa y no la siento como debería, formo el pan como puedo, y lo meto al horno... la mayoría de las veces me sorprendo gratamente y sale un pan bastante decente y SIEMPRE comible 🤤
