15 min Upper Body Workout

This quick circuit training style routine consists of 10 exercises to help you develop a stronger, slimmer, sculpted upper body. You'll perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between. A 3 minute warm up and 2 minute cool down stretch are also included.
