Back extension warm-up (for yoga and movement classes)
Arching the back is just a part of a back extension. Does the neck arch too? Is the neck free? Is the neck free enough to be turned in any direction? How are the legs involved? The feet? How does everything match together? As always: more questions than answer. Enjoy :-)
