注意火候,不要貪多!翻炸(二次油炸)時要少量地炸。

Fried shallots [Crispy & sweet! simple & high practicality, perfect snacks, side dish, seasoning!]

Today Grandma Chan will bring you simple and superbly practical fried shallots. Fried shallots go well with everything and scrumptious, so it becomes the favorite gift for grandma Chan's family and friends!

In fact, fried shallots are very popular in Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc., and can be eaten on its own.
It's a perfect snack, also works well with any ingredients! Good fried shallots will even add a finishing touch to your meal.
However, the ones that are bought are often not as good as the ones that are homemade by ourselves.
