家傳二百年的做法,簡單的古早好滋味。

蛋黃 12 個
蛋白 2 個
純牛油 (奶油) 200克
煉奶 (煉乳) 50毫升
糖霜 30克
中筋麵粉 50克
鹽 0.5克

【English Recipe】

Grandma Chan would like to share with you Kueh Sepiku, the Indonesian 3-Layered Cakes.
This is a 200 year old family recipe with a simple, traditional taste.
With its rich egg flavour and delicate texture, leaving a pleasant aftertaste in your mouth!

Ingredients:

12 egg yolks
2 egg whites
200g Pure butter
50ml Condensed milk (appox 1/8 cup)
30g Icing Sugar (appox 1/6 cup)
50g All-purpose flour (appox. 1/4 cup)
0.5g Salt
