陳奶奶這次帶來純素版本的雙黃白蓮蓉月餅,
利用前陣子分享的純素版本的白蓮蓉餡和鹹蛋黃,
做出材料簡單又健康的純素雙黃白蓮蓉月餅,
清香美味且無負擔!

餅皮材料: (6個份)
中筋麵粉 350克
蜂蜜 80克
茶油 40毫升
小蘇打 1克
鹽 1克

每個月餅的材料:(共150克)
餅皮 50克
自製純素鹹蛋黃 20克
自製純素白蓮蓉餡 80克

【English Recipe】

Grandma Chan would like to share with you a vegan version of white lotus seed paste mooncake with double yolks.
Using vegan white lotus seed puree and vegan salted egg yolks that we shared a while ago.
Made from simple and healthy ingredients, this vegan mooncake is delicious and not too fatty!
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Ingredients of mooncake dough: (6 servings)
All-purpose flour 350g
Honey 80g
Tea oil 40ml
Baking soda 1g
Salt 1g

Ingredients for each mooncake: (150g total)
Mooncake dough 50g
Homemade vegan salted egg yolk 20g
