海參非常有益,而且滋陰養顏,低脂、低糖,故被譽為海味八珍之一。
可是由於海產不易保鮮,大家一般吃到的海參都是乾海參。
而花膠,又稱魚肚,是新鮮優質魚鰾的乾製品,
也是大家常謂「鮑參翅肚」中的「肚」。
其營養極為豐富,屬於高蛋白質、低脂肪的食品,
具有養血養顏、滋補肺腎等作用。

好食材需利用得當才能讓它發揮到真正作用,
而吃乾海產就涉及到泡發的問題了。
它們的泡發方法是相當講究的,怎樣泡發對於它們的品質有很大影響。
陳奶奶這次跟大家分享如何泡發海參和花膠,

【English Recipe】

A centenarian grandma shows you that cooling is the best way to soak dried fish maw and sea cucumber!
But there are also techniques to make them perfectly soak, not only for their size but also for their texture!

Sea cucumbers are very healthy, nourishing, they are also low in fat and sugar which is why they are called one of the "eight treasures of seafood". However, as seafood is not easy to keep fresh, sea cucumbers are usually dried.

Fish maw is the dried form of the fish air bladder.
It is a high-protein, low-fat food that nourishes blood, lung, and kidney.
Fish maw is also well-known for its beautifying benefits with collagen-rich.

Dried sea cucumber, fish maw
60g of dried sea cucumber was used in the video, 560g after soaking.
