This is the perfect resistance band back workout to burn back fat at home!
Target back fat with this mini band back workout filled with lots of back fat exercises that can be done with resistance bands.

This workout is geared towards helping you eliminate and burn back fat for a sexy toned back. You will be able to tone and shape your back at home using minimum equipment! Each exercises is done for 60 seconds! Different angles and tips are provided to help you with your form while you perform each exercise.
