Do this booty workout to grow your glutes fast. This 10 min booty band workout is the best resistance booty band workout to grow your glutes. All you need is 10 minutes!

This booty workout is made up of 2 rounds with 15 second breaks in between exercises. Feel free to pause the video for a longer break! You can do this booty workout up to 2x in a day for 3-4 days a week for faster results.
