5 DAYS OF FALL | Day 2 Get Thicker Thighs & Booty | dumbbell thicker thighs workout at home

Day 2 of the 5 days of fall workout challenge! Today's home workout we'll be done with dumbbells and we will be targeting our thighs and booty! There are two rounds in this workout, so repeat this workout no more than twice at a time. If you don't have any dumbbells at home no worries! All of these exercises can be done without equipment 🔥
