Thicker Thighs Workout | 15 min beginner & intermediate thigh pump workout to get thicker thighs
This 15 min beginner and intermediate Thicker Thighs pump workout can be done at home with no equipment. After just 15 min you're thighs will be super pumped so get ready 😜
This workout is resistance band friendly and also has modifications in case you need to workout with more of a beginner approach! There are three rounds in this workout with a 15 second rest in between sets.
