ABS IN 2 WEEKS SHRED CHALLENGE | Learn how to get abs in 2 weeks (without equipment)

Abs in 2 weeks shred challenge! Learn how to get abs in 2 weeks without equipment.
Each exercise will be performed for 20 reps with just a 12 second rest in between. The only weight you will be using is your body weight.

By the end of these 2 weeks, with enough consistency, you should feel and see a slight difference in your midsection. The best way to see faster results are to increase your cardio and eat in a caloric deficit as well (burn more calories than you consume). Remember to have FUN with this challenge!
