In this video I compare 2 sets of squats performed about 6 months apart. The first set looked like the dreaded good morning squat. Since then Austin Baraki, Starting Strength Coach, has made a number of adjustments that have helped clean up my squat technique.
-Cut depth
-Break at the hips and knees simultaneously
-Static head and chest position
-Lockout each rep.
