HI FRIENDS!! Welcome to another week of workouts! I'm taking you to the gym with me and showing you exactly how I train. Every week looks different for me, but this was a pretty standard split for me. We're toning up and building strength this week + every week! Hope you enjoy the video :')

MONDAY (LEG DAY)
» back squats (12x5)
» deficit RDL (10x4 supersetted with…)

» shoulder press w/ lighter dumbbells (10-15 x 4)
» incline DB press to close grip (8x4)
» dumbbell chest fly (10x4 supersetted with…)
» tricep kickbacks (10x4)

» treadmill sprints (30 sec sprint + 30 sec rest for 15 min)

FRIDAY (LEG DAY)
» hex bar deadlift (10x5)
» hip thrusts (12x4 supersetted with)
» banded hip thrusts (20x4)
» DB sumo squat (10x4 supersetted with…)
» heels elevated goblet squat (10x4)

SATURDAY (rest day)
