Ankle Pain Relief #3 (Key Mobility Exercises!)
Many of your clients will be most aware of their dorsiflexion limitations or discomfort during exercises like squatting and lunging, but this ankle motion is also a critical component of efficient and safe sprinting. Improving dorsiflexion, though, can often be a slow process.
In this week’s video, we’re going to use an external focus of attention to maximize your motor learning results during some simple drills to repattern this key ankle movement. Grab a chair, warm up with some Ankle Circles, and give these exercises a try!
