We gonna work for 45 Seconds, and rest for 15 seconds.
30 Different Exercises (No Repeat)
The last exercise is for MAX REPS - so I want you to count your push ups and if you want share your result in the comments.
I recommend doing 2-3 HIIT Workouts per Week + STRENGTH TRAINING with Resistance Bands, Dumbbells or only with your Bodyweight. And don't forget to rest in between all those crazy Workouts :)
