In our new 4 Week, online ballet program, we work on about 30 minutes of ballet barre each day.

Our focus is on all the essentials: stability, mobility, strength, balance, technique, dance enjoyment and feeling like a true ballerina!

If you are a beginner or returner and would like to work at your own pace and in your own time, this program is for you. You will be amazed at how good you can feel with short, consistent ballet exercises each day. We cycle through a series of exercises throughout the 4 weeks. By repeating the exercises, you will gain a level of familiarity, allowing you to work deeper and more mindfully on each exercise. This in turn, nurtures the ballet dancer within enabling you to flourish, and reap the immense physical and mental benefits ballet has to offer.
