Daily Ballet Practice

Have you always wanted to do ballet? Did you do ballet in the past and would like to return to it? Would you like daily ballet exercises to keep you in shape? There are so many reasons to join us in our Daily Ballet Practice.

This program is a 4 week daily ballet practice of about 20 minutes of ballet barre each day. Our focus is on all the essentials: stability, mobility, strength, balance, technique, dance enjoyment and feeling like a true ballerina!

If you are a beginner or returner and would like to work at your own pace, in your own time, this program is for you. You will be amazed at how good you can feel with short, consistent ballet exercises each day. We cycle through a series of exercises throughout the 4 weeks. By repeating the exercises, you will gain a level of familiarity so that you are able to work deeper and more mindfully on each exercise, allowing the ballet dancer within to flourish, and reaping all the physical and mental benefits of ballet.
