10 MIN KILLER SIXPACK WORKOUT (Intense Ab Exercises) | Eylem Abaci
I thought we need a new sixpack workout - here is an intense one that will kill your abs! ♥︎ I love the combination of the exercises in this one, it's so special and includes lots of "new" movements. Let's train our entire abdominal muscles together and make them pop out and visible in a short time! 🔥
▪️Intensity: Intense
▪️Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on. Just don't quit.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.
