Aberdeenshire locals spot a wild 'hybrid panther'

Footage captures the moment a “hybrid panther” is seen stalking through the Scottish countryside.

Or so says Gordon Welsh, 50, who was walking along the road near Blackdog, Aberdeenshire, when he spotted the animal.

“I was just walking at the time and I’ve just seen it like limping – that’s what caught my eye,” he said.

“I was like ‘the hell is that?’ But then I was like ‘it’s not a cat, it’s too big’.
