http://www.crossfitrva.com - Former competitive gymnast and national level weightlifter Jaci Long continues our gymnastics series with a progression for the butter fly kipping pull up.
Remember that all movement is built on the smallest blocks. A strict pull-up should be achieved before moving on to the kipping variety and you should be solid on the "c kip" before you move on the the butterfly. Butterfly kipping pull ups are tremendous for improving times in exercise competitions. Don't be that person who loses because you can't cycle. Learn these progressions now.
