4 Hip Flexor Stretches to Decrease Pain & Increase Mobility (FAST 4 MIN ROUTINE)

We’ve been hearing a lot about hip flexor tightness so we made a video for all of you experiencing hip flexor pain.This quick, 4 minute routine will focus on opening up the hip flexors and will not only help relieve discomfort, but will also improve your training. This is a perfect routine to do in the morning to start off your day, before you squat, or after a long day at work. Let’s get to stretching!
