Wednesday Workout #3: At Home Total Body HIIT Power Workout

Coach Brandon "Gerry" Leary takes you through this at Home, total body HIIT Power Workout!

All you need is one dumbbell or weighted object and you can start training from the comfort of your home.

Warm up:

2 Rounds
4 Yogaplex (per side)
20 Flutter Kick + Scissor Kick
10 Straight Leg Raise to Pike
4 Iron cross (per side)
Lower Body Power:

3 Rounds
10 Plyo Lunges
10 Speed Skaters

Abs:

2 Rounds of 30 seconds
Wall walk holds (10 sec increments)

Hamstring:

:45 on, :15 off
9 Rounds, alternate
a) Single Leg RDL R
b) Single Leg RDL L
c) Weighted Hip Lifts

Sprint Conditioning:

AMRAP 7 DB Hang Clean and Jerk

Every Minute: 10 Jump Squats
Stretch:

10 Squat to high hold with rotations
1 Min Childs Pose
