This recipes can make 2 bread loaf
配方可以做2个长条面包
1. The dough 面团:
* 350g Bread flour 高筋面粉 2cup+3tbsp+2tsp
* 165g Cold Milk 冰牛奶 2/3cup
* 40g Condensed Milk 炼乳 2tbsp
* 2g Salt 盐 1/4 tsp
* 4g Instant Yeast 酵母 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp
* 1pcs Egg 鸡蛋
* 40g Unsalted Butter 黄油 1oz+1/3oz
2. Sauce酱:
* 30g Unsalted Butter 黄油 1oz
* 30g Condensed Milk 炼乳 1tbsp+1/2tbsp
3. Others其他:
* Raisins 葡萄干
* Unsalted Butter 黄油
Mould size : 8.9"x4.4"x2.2"/ 22.8cm*11.3cm*5.8cm 2

Preheat the Oven 170°C(340℉), baking for 22 minutes
