我最爱的一款面包,以前只有在国内能买到,学会了就可以做给自己吃
This recipes can make 2 of 6 inch bread or one 8 inch bread
配方可以做2个6寸的面包或者做1个8寸的面包
Ingreditens 食材:
1. dough 面团
* 300g Bread flour/All-purpose flour 高筋面粉/中筋面粉 2 cup
* 140g Cold Milk 冰牛奶 1/2cup+2tbsp
* 45g Sugar 糖 3tbsp+1/2tbsp
* 2g Salt 盐 1/4 tsp
* 20g Condensed milk 炼乳 1 tbsp
* 4g Yeast 酵母 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp
* 1pcs Egg (50g) 鸡蛋
* 20g Butter 黄油 2/3 oz
2. Butter piece 黄油片:
* 120g Butter 黄油 4 oz
Mold Size:6x3 inch 15cm
模具大小:6x3 寸 15cm
Preheat the Oven 170°C(340℉)baking for 22 minutes, Then turn to 200°C(400℉)baking 5 minutes.
烤箱预热170°C(340℉)烤22分钟,然后转200°C(400℉)烤5分钟上色
