1. Dough：
* 200g Bread flour/All-purpose flour 1cup+4tbsp+1tsp
* 3g Instant Yeast 1 tsp
* 15g Sugar 1tbsp++1/2tsp
* 1pcs Egg
* 2g Salt 1/4 tsp
* 85g Ice Milk 1/3cup+1tsp
* 20g Unsalted Butter

2. Garlic butter sauce ：
* 40g Unsalted Butter
* 20g Garlic (5pcs)
* 1/4tsp Salt

Top Decoration ：
* Whole Egg liquid
* Sesame seeds
* Green Onion

Mold Size：8.5x4.5x2.75 inch
Preheat the Oven 170°C（340℉）, baking for 23 minutes
