[Eng Sub]椰香浓郁的椰蓉吐司,一片一片的撕着吃,还能拉丝,吃一年都不腻【小敏的Fun】#StayHome #WithMe

Main Dough:
Bread Flour: 250g
Yeast: 3g
White Sugar: 30g
Salt: 2g
Eggs: 1
Milk: 120g
Butter: 20g (Can Be Replaced With 15g Cooking Oil, Or Equivalent Amount Of Lard)

Coconut Stuffing:
Coconut: 50g Butter: 20g
White Sugar: 30g
Whole Egg Liquid: About 45g (One Egg, A Small Amount Is Reserved For Brushing The Egg Liquid, All The Rest Are Added)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, top and bottom heat, 175 degrees Celsius, put the bottom layer to bake for about 35 minutes, about 15 minutes in time to cover the tin paper. Different oven temperatures vary, depending on the condition of your own oven to grasp.

主面团:
高筋粉:250g
酵母:3g 白糖:30g 盐:2g
鸡蛋:1个 牛奶:120g
黄油:20g(可以用15g食用油代替,或者等量的猪油)
椰蓉馅:
椰蓉:50g 黄油:20g 白糖:30g
全蛋液:45g左右(一个鸡蛋,预留少量用来刷蛋液,其余的全部加进去)
烤箱:180度预热5分钟,上下火175度,放最下层烤35分钟左右,15分钟左右及时加盖锡纸。不同的烤箱温度不同,根据自己烤箱的情况来把握。
