2¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
3 ¼ cups all purpose flour (406g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup softened butter (50g)
1 cup raisin for the dough and 1/2 cup more for the filling
Eggwash: 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon milk
