1. Banded Hack Squat | 1x15 warm up | 1x12, 3x10 working sets
2. Banded 1 & 1/2 Hip Thrusts | 1x15 warm up | 3x10 working sets
3. Landmine Stiff Leg Deadlift | 3x15 working sets
4. Smith Machine Single Leg RDL | 2x15 working sets
5. **superset** Lateral Lunges | 2x12-15 | Banded Hip Abductions | 2x30
