1️⃣ Stand with feet slightly wider than hip width & bend your knees as you lower into a squat position
2️⃣ Explode up into a jump
3️⃣ Land softly as you return to the starting position
4️⃣ You can jump with your arms low/at head height or with your arms up overhead
