House Flip After the Remodel Listed for $319,900 Bought 8/6/2018

This house flip was bought for $215,000 from the MLS. I spent about $35,000 on the repairs and we will have another $20,000 on financing, carrying and selling costs. We are listing it today for $319,900.

On this house, we replaced the kitchen, baths, roof, flooring, paint, fixtures, and repaired some drywall. The house was a mess when we bought it but had no major problems. We had a contractor do most of the kitchen, bath, doors, and drywall work. We then had our subs do the painting, flooring, roof, and plumbing.

This was a straight forward and relatively easy flip. I wish more of them were like this!
