1.2 Upper Limb
1) Floor Press (progression with bands) 4 x 8.
2) CG Chins, WG Chins 2 of each variation x 8
3) Push Ups (progression is weighted Push Ups) 4 x 12
4) SA DB Row 4 x 8 e/s
5) SA DB Shoulder Press 4 x 8 e/s
6A) Dips 4 x 15
6B) Hammer Curls 4 x 15
7A) Lat Raises 4 x 10-12
7B) Reverse T-Flys 4 x 10-12
