Lower Limb workout, mostly bodyweight, but can substitute DB with a haevy household item. School bag filled with canned goods etc.

2) SL RDL 4 x 8 e/s
3) Reverse Lunges 4 x 8 e/s
4) Floor Slides 4 x 8
5) Front Squat Hold to Step Up 4 x 8e/s
6A) Calf Raises 3 x 15 e/s
6B) SL Hip Lift 3 x 8 e/s
