Lineout Lifting - Primers & Reaction drill
Here are a couple of primers for lineout lifters. These are perfect before games in your individual warm up time or before training.
Lift mentality;
- Think deep squat and military press in the gym.
- Power + Speed = Explosive.
Key points;
- Base should shoulder width apart, the same as your squat.
- Transfer power from the ground to the sky.
- Be explosive.
- Lock out and finish the lift by walking through the doorway.
