Woman in her 50s with valgus flat foot who uses orthopedic insoles daily.
She presented to the podological consultation with medial onychophosis on the 2nd finger, apical callus on the 3rd finger, and dorsal calluses on the 5th finger.
Added to this is a spicule in the middle finger due to a bad trimming of the patient and medial onychophosis.
A podological cleaning treatment and decompression of lateral grooves is performed.
Comfort is restored to tired feet.
