Female patient close to 70 years old with onychogryphosis of the 1st and 2nd toenail in both feet.
Atrophy with more accentuated deformity in the apical part of the hallux nail.
She presents a small hematoma in the right big toe.
I performed a podological treatment to reduce both the thickness and the height of the plates and a thorough cleaning of the periungual grooves, so that she can comfortably put on shoes without any pain.

In Argentina, podiatrists are prohibited from using injectable anesthesia in procedures. This is why I do not use anesthesia and I try to be extremely careful during the procedure so as not to cause pain. They are not painful procedures.
