Patient around 60 years old with abrupt lateral edge toenail and an inverted edge in the medial area of the left hallux.
On this occasion, I did a cleaning of the nail and trimming the nail plate.

In Argentina, podiatrists are prohibited from using injectable anesthesia in procedures. This is why I do not use anesthesia and I try to be extremely careful during the procedure so as not to cause pain. They are not painful procedures.
