Patient around 85 years of age. He presented to the consultation with discomfort in the medial part of the big toes where showed longitudinal stripes in the nails, and atrophy in the medial edge of the nail plates of both hallux.
Thorough and total cleaning of the grooves is carried out, with a corrective trimming to achieve decompression of the median grooves and achieve the well-being of the patient.
