This is a case of deep cleaning on abrupt edge nail grooves (in both hallux) and feet with hyperhidrosis. This condition generates a very particular situation since excess hydration makes the work much more difficult given that there is a feeling of consistency similar to that of the rubber, with a lack of rigidity in the the skin and nail. A real challenge! In PART 1 the extraction of lateral onychophosis (callus in the groove) can be seen on the right foot.
