Incipient onychomycosis on the sides of the nails of the big toes.
Soft heloma in the 5th toe of the left foot due to the pressure of the 4th on it.
A general cleaning of the nails is performed for the patient's comfort, with decompression of the lateral grooves and exfoliation of the heloma.
